On this floor there are also 1 suite with double bed and bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one guest bathroom, dining room (with a sofa bed) and office room. First floor (second american), there are 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms with bath tub/shower and 2 twin bedrooms with private bathrooms with bath tub/shower. Your family can also enjoy a typical Tuscan meal in the large dining room that can seat 15 people and enjoy the special atmosphere of this fantastic property. Villa la Corte is a superb 18th century Tuscan propertry with air conditioning and WI-FI Internet connection in each room, which stands in a dominant position overlooking the Chianti hills. The house is surrounded by a splendid 10 acre estate of olive groves and has a private swimming pool with a full southern exposure which ensures sun continuously from morning to evening. This 800 sm villa has been fully restored in harmony with traditional Tuscan style but offers at the same time all modern comforts. The house is completely independent in order to guarantee total privacy to guests. It is open all the year for weekly rent. It is ideal for day trips being equidistant between Florence, Siena, Pisa and the sea side. For large groups, it is an excellent choice with easy access to all the main points of interest in central Tuscany. Just beyond the garden guests may enjoy a 12 meter swimming pool. Guests can sunbath around the pool, sipping a glass of Chianti, or relaxing on two panoramic terraces built just off the main house. Dinner can be served by the pool or on the terraces.
