The ground floor has a large living space including a complete kitchen with a grand wooden table and a special woodburning oven adjacent to a large functioning fireplace. There is a small bathroom for guests. Large windows allow for lots of natural light. The house is surrounded by a gracious and well-designed garden area and gazebo. The bedroom on the 1st floor is a large suite with a queen size bed in the center of the room and is positioned in front of a window offering an outstanding vista. The en-suite bathroom is elegantly designed and has a tub. On the lower level is a well-appointed and private spa with shower, hydromassage, Turkish bath (steam room). There is also access to a small outside solarium and herbal garden. It is possible to add 2 beds to the living space if desired.
Villino dei Lecci is on top of the hill with a magnificent view of the mountains (i calanchi). In the early morning and at dusk it is possible to catch the glimpse of the wild animals whose habitat is around this ancient farmhouse: deer, hares, pheasants, wild goats and wild boars. Every detail in the house is conceived in harmony with nature. It is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. The villa features an exclusive spa area with turkish bath.

Our stay in Villino Dei Lecci was AMAZING!!! We loved this charming property for it's spectacular Tuscan views, lovely privacy and couldn't fault the beautiful interior and facilities. Momo and Marleen were so helpful and friendly as well. The villa was situated really well so we felt we were in the country but still could reach Florence by train easily enough only 30 mins away and also had villages around us for lovely restaurants, supermarkets and gorgeous patisseries! Thank you very much for introducing us to this place, wonderful!

The vacation rental was amazing, and particularly the views around the property and walking trails. We were very surprised! We found the caretakers on the property extremely friendly, helpful and generous. Like most italians, they treated us like close friends. I would stay there again without question! Our stay at Villino dei Lecci was super amazing! The surroundings and the view is beautiful.. Here you can feel the freedom, breath the cleanest air and just relax like never before. enjoying breakfast with sunrise or dinner time with even more gorgeous sunset.. The house keepers are very very lovely and nice people. We had a fantastic time at the villino, and have already recommended the holiday to a couple of our friends who I'm sure would love it. The area around the villino was wonderful, and we really enjoyed walking and running in the woods and olive groves. Most importantly house managers were incredibly helpful, making us a lovely lunch on the Saturday we arrived, inviting us for drinks on the Sunday evening, and always being there to help us with any questions. Please thank them for being the perfect hosts. We will certainly be back!
