Two storey villa with typical features of Tuscan tradition: terracotta floors, large hearth, bright colour.
Ground Floor: it's composed of an eleant living room, billiards room, library and on the opposit side there are also a large dining room, hunting hall with fireplace, office, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled guests.
Two flights of stair lead to the first floor where there are 8 bedrooms (all double bedded rooms), 1 bedroom with a "French bed" (slightly smaller than a Queen size bed). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower and air conditioning.

The villa, with its unusual long shape, is made of ancient stones and it is situated in the heart of the estate. The villa can easily accommodate 17 people and has every sort of comfort. In front of the villa a big garden with a breathtaking view on the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase with two flights leads to the swimming surrounded by a big grass area close to the loggia, the ideal place to eat outside and relax. On the back of the open gallery a bathroom and 3 dressing-rooms one of which with a big a shower cabin.

Swimming pool is 9 x 14 m, depth 1,20 to 2,50 m., and it's open May to October
