First floor: a central open stairway leads up to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom with tub and toilet. Two bedrooms with each two single beds. Bathroom with shower.

Second floor: there is a single open bedroom on the second floor/attic conversion and there is a small toilet room with washbasin. The height to the ceiling here is very low.

Lower ground floor: going downstairs from the entrance hall there is a bedroom with double bed and a shower cabin. This room is a nice room with vaulted ceiling in terracotta tiles and this is the coolest room of the villa. The room has direct access to a little garden.

Villa Luce is set on a panoramic position, with a staggered garden, being the pool on the lower level. Entrance is on the main street of Lucolena, a village in the Chianti Classico area, 13 km from Greve in Chianti.
Villa enjoys a terrace and an oval shaped swimming pool.

Swimming pool: open May 1st to September 30th, it measures 14 x 7 m, it has an oval shape, depth 1,3 to 2,5 m
