The villa can accommodate 20 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 2 triple rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, annex is for an additional 4 guests (2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
Large living rooms with elegant ceilings and antique family furniture offer a real “ old Tuscany “ atmosphere. The villa was originally restored in 1802 and then again, restored and modernized to its final state, from 1995 to 2000. The owners were personally responsible for the recent restoration of the villa which they undertook with extreme care, being particularly attentive to preserving the ancient architectural characteristics, but ameliorating with elegant modernizations. Villa Carlotta itself has 9 elegantly furnished rooms, all with large, luxurious bathroom facilities, including a shower or Jacuzzi, a telephone and a mini bar. On the main floor of the Villa is a large dining room with a central fireplace, boasting its own wine cellar, in which you can enjoy wine tasting and typical Tuscan cooking, including products of the farm and the delectable white and black truffles of the region.

The Villa, with its own private swimming pool from which the views are particularly spectacular stretching the eye as far as Siena and Monte Amiata, offers relaxing and intimate stay in a luxuriously refine atmosphere. There is a separate annex next to the villa. Villa itself can accommodate up to 16 people and the annex extra 4 guests. The Villa is a part of the Farm with its own olive groves and vineyards, is half an hour’s drive away from the famous artistic and historic towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and the celebrated abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant’Antimo. It's also near the "Crete Senesi", the spectacular rolling hills characterized by a "terracotta" colour, almost with no vegetation. The area is South of Siena and is made of Clay (Crete). Park surrounding the villa is approx. 9000 sqm, approx. 2300 acres. A dirt road gives access to the property.
Swimming pool it's open from May to September, it measures 20 x 9 m and has a depth varying from 1,20 m to 1,50 m, hyidromassage (it's in a pool corner)
