Villa is 250 sqm and set on two levels.
Ground floor: large living-dining area (55 sqm), fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. There is a Sat Tv (news only) and HiFi in living room. Terracotta floors, wooden beams and a decorative fireplace complete the countryside atmosphere.
First floor: a wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor. It's composed of two twin bedrooms (can be made up into doubles if requested in advance) and two double bedrooms (one of them can be a twin bedded room if needed). All bedrooms are en suite (bathrooms have showers) and air conditioned.
Tower: accessed by the garden, there is a sitting room on ground floor along with a small bathroom with shower. A narrow wooden stair goes up to the double bedroom. All tower has stone walls.

Torre del Cielo, along with its nearby villa, Palazzo Rosadi, is set the typical environment of Valtiberina hills, characterized by woods and valleys. The Valtiberina is a fascinating territory among Tuscany, Romagna, Umbria and Marche.
Torre del Cielo takes its name from it's origin, a watch tower built in the 17th century by Ferdinando II dè Medici. At the end of 19th century the villas was bought the family still owning it.
Villa is 2.5 km from Monterchi which is in the province of Arezzo and very close to the Umbrian border, the green hills wrap the villa with their vibrant colours.
Torre del Cielo has a large park with roses, lavender, jasmine, with cypresses and olive trees and other fruit trees: peach trees, plum trees. Guests will also enjoy walks in the oak woods.
Swimming pool with parasols and sun beds, a rounded jacuzzi tub ideal for a nice relax, outdoor dining area and BBQ. Moreover a soccer field and a tennis table complete the outdoor facilities.
