Villa Monticiano can accommodate up to 27 guests in 14 bedrooms. The main part of the villa is divided into 9 double/twin rooms and 1 single room. Next to the villa, in a separate yet attached building you can find a further 3 bedrooms (2 double/twin and 1 double) along with an additional living room and a pretty covered terrace with wooden benches. There is also an additional suite which has been created by converting the old chapel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with bath and handheld shower and complimentary Florentine soaps and shampoos. The beds are made up with fine linens. All the bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

Villa Monticiano is a luxury villa sitting on a secluded mountain top in the countryside not far from a tiny stone village called Tocchi, which is located approximately 20 minutes drive south of Siena. In the extensive gardens there is a beautiful large pool positioned below the villa. The lawn surrounding the pool is dotted with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, providing guests with the perfect sunny position to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the river Merse valley. The property includes the sauna next to the pool and a spa baths area. The three spa baths are down some steps from a large sunny terrace. Each small pool is lined with seats and has a different water temperature. They are located in a quiet area of the property so guests can relax completely and listen to the sounds of nature and admire the breathtaking scenery. For sport lovers, there 3 private lakes for trout fishing, a stable with 30 horses, trekking and mountain bikes.

Villa features a non commercial helipad, under floor heating and cooling systems, campfire area, a large greenhouse, a covered terrace with cooking facilities and an observatory which is equipped with a high-tech telescope (visits have to be agreed with owner first)
