Estate is composed of 2 villas along with owner's own accommodation, distance among them is approx. 100 metres. All villas have been tastefully decorated in delicate hues of pink, green, blue and touches of red too.
Villa 9 guests - total surface of 200 sqm, this villa is set all on the same level (ground floor). It has a manicured garden with table and chairs for up to 12 guests. Living room with fireplace and Tv, bright white and read fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single), all en-suite with shower cubicles.
Villa 4 guests - total surface 100 sqm, this smaller villa is on ground and first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 (en-suite) bathrooms with shower (on first floor). On ground floor there is a living room and a small kitchen. Manicured garden and porch with table, chairs and sitting area.

When rental is for 9 guests, second villa is closed. When villa is rented for 13 guests, they willl enjoy the ground floor of owner's own house comprising sitting room, dining room, porch, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. All rooms are elegantly furnished and they are ideal for arranging cooking classes. Third villa is approx. 100 metres from the other two.

A 7 hectares Estate located in the enchanting Maremma area, in Southern Tuscany, a short drive from the famous Saturnia Thermae and other not-to-miss hilltop tows, suh as Sovana and Pitigliano. Even though villas are in the countryside, nearest beaches, for those longing for swimming in the sea, are a short drive away. Among them, the famous La Feniglia beach, a long stretch of golden sand, and Capalbio where there are elegant Beach Clubs.
The three villas are approx. 100 metres one another, assuring privacy to the groups staying in the Estate. The beautiful and elegant sitting room of owner's own villa, is ideal for gathering and spend some time together.
Estate has a oak from where the name come from, owners were used to sit beneath this tree while staying at the property.
Property is fenced and there is a vegetable garden at guests' disposal, to taste some excellent produce.
This Estate is ideal for weddings, layout of the garden and outdoor areas make it a great venue for events.

Caretakers live on the property, they take care of swimming pool and cleaning.
